TERMS OF BACKPORCH BOTANICALS

Opening orders $300.00 minimum.  We accept Visa M/C and AMEX.

Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges.

Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within five days, please notify Backporch Botanicals by e-mail with your company information and description of damage and we will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf.

We retain the right to protect territories for current customers. Backporch Botanicals LLC makes no guarantees on territory protection but will try to check each new customer. If an order has not been placed in six months the territory is considered open.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for shipping.

Our turnaround time on orders is 2-3 weeks because our product is handmade "Fresh" when ordered.  Please give yourself plenty of time for your order. 

Testers are available at a reduced cost.
